There is no difference in life at all for the fringes in society. Trespassing, breaking laws and harassing average family people hasn't changed. It's like the rats are out all the time. Police do even less, even just drive by and don't even bother when there is obvious drug dealings, and even if the lowest common denominators are assaulting each other, lying on the ground. It all doesn't matter ...
