On Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 6:29 pm, the complainants (husband and wife) parked across the street of a house having a garage sale at the 100 block of West Sunnyside, in Houston, Texas. The male complainant stated that an unknown male approached him while standing in front of the house having the garage sale. The suspect was pointing a handgun at him while demanding his wallet and keys. The suspect took the complainants wallet, but he informed him that he did not have his keys, which were still in the vehicle. The suspect did not believe the complainant and attempted to strike him in the head with the gun on several occasions. The suspect eventually got into the complainants vehicle and fled the scene. The complainants vehicle was located a short while later abandoned in a vacant wooded lot at Wheatley and Wall Street.
