FEMA isn't just confiscating PPE from hospitals and doctors - they are apparently taking it from other government agencies, as well. A new report says that FEMA took 5 million masks from the VA in order to add them to their stockpile. The stockpile is worthless during a crisis, and these pieces of equipment need to be put to use immediately.
