I came across this randomly on the Snapchat map in upstate New York. I had to piece it together because Snapchat records in 10 second blocks. A Veterinarian is apparently administering a lethal injection in the horses neck. As he pets the horse to comfort the horse it drops dead. The horse was more than likely injured at the Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY. The caption in the video is "Otro Mas" in Spanish meaning "Another One". No information is available for this other than where the video was posted.
