This WWI era built battleship that served in both world wars will be heading to dry dock come December for $30 million Texas voter approved repairs. Been just outside San Jacinto Monument for 70 years and has been taking on water for the last 20 years. This was the last day for public access. Chances are good it will not return to this location on the Houston ship channel. Possibly be relocated else wheres on the coast that has greater visitor potential. (For youse filmmakers out there...
