Trump says ISIS "very much decimated"

U.S. President Donald Trump said "we have very much decimated ISIS" during a meeting with Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari at the White House on Monday. Buhari said the U.S. action had also helped Nigeria fight allied extremist group, Boko Haram. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
