In a video filmed on May 30 in Hanoi, the unknown man lays horizontally on a motorbike, guiding it using only one hand. The man whizzes past several other motorcyclists at high speed. The filmer, Nguyen Hoang, drives alongside the man and tells him to stop the dangerous stunt. Police are looking for the reckless motorcyclist who will likely face a fine.
