So my neighbor gave me a goose egg, I've never cooked one before so I filmed it and used an extra large chicken egg for comparison in the video. Due to the goose egg size, I decided to go meat free for this Sunday breakfast that included 1/2 of a large Idaho potato, 2 slices of toast and the eggs with delicious Kona coffee. If this video makes you hungry, that's just tough. I use olive oil to lightly coat my egg skillet after its heated up and starts to smoke from the oil used from last time I cooked with it and about 1/4 to 1/3 of a pat of butter after the oil heats up, best no stick egg cooking trick I know of for hand pan flipped eggs, the goose egg I played it safe, I hate broken yolks!
