Trees collapsed, plants became encased in ice and leaves looked more like claws, after Storm Billy hit Oklahoma City. When heavy rains were quickly frozen by cold temperatures, trees began to collapse from the extra weight, as well as high winds. Smaller vegetation was also encased in ice and even car antennas were coated in a frozen layer.
