Shocked witnesses have filmed this video showing a five-year-old boy operating his dad's excavator for fun on the side of a busy road. The boy was spotted on the streets of Jinyun County in Lishui City in China's eastern Zhejiang Province by a woman surnamed Yang, who saw the scenes on her way home from work. "It was in the morning and there were lots of cars and people on the road," Yang said.
