This is the moment a brawling exchange student boots a man on the ground with a full-force kick to the head as female onlookers wail, leaving him fighting for his life in hospital. The incident took place outside the bar Mommart in Punta de San Felipe in Cadiz in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia and four Italian Erasmus students have been arrested after the brawl.
