All of the "Russian election meddling", "Russian hackers", "Russian doping", "Russian Scripal poisoning", "Russia shot MH-17 down ", "Russian whatever else" has been effectively exposed as being part the same program or scenario. So obvious now. Millions or billions spent on "Russian blame" down the drain.
