This guy wanted a refund for some wall paper because it would not stick properly to the walls. As he had already tried to stick it on, he couldn't bring it back. Just wanted the shop to refund him based on photos that it was falling off the walls and a written statement from some unknown company. The shop assistant was not having this so he refused when the man got belligerent and called him a WAN**R or in American language Jer**ff.
