From the OP: This clip shows an accident at night in Newport Town as a pedestrian is hit running across the road by a taxi. The sound of the impact is incredible. As you will hear on the clip, I initially believed it was a tyre blowout. He was clearly badly hurt but he was conscious throughout afterwards and seemed in reasonable shape once the paramedics were taking care of him. Nevertheless, it is, in my opinion, one of the most shocking images I've seen and certainly the most shocking I have ever experienced.
