Musicians, politicians and regular Australians are pleading for the mercy of convicted drug smugglers Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, who are facing the firing squad in Indonesia.
One of the gods of heavy metal, Black Sabbath guitarist Tommy Iommi has thrown his weight behind the campaign with the ageing rocker writing a letter to Indonesia's President Joko Widodo. The letter, published by Fairfax Media , was translated and delivered to the leader on Wednesday morning.
