Nurse who filmed himself raping unconscious women in A&E department just yards from other patients faces jail after admitting string of horrific sex attacks Andrew Hutchinson, 29, pleaded guilty to 27 counts of rape and voyeurism Nurse filmed himself raping two women in A&E - feet from other patients Sex offender: Andrew Hutchinson, 29, pleaded guilty to 27 counts of rape and voyeurism when he appeared at Oxford Crown Court this morning A male nurse has admitted filming himself raping two unconscious women in A&E - feet from other patients. Andrew Hutchinson, 29, pleaded guilty to 27 counts of rape and voyeurism on victims as young as 10 when he appeared at Oxford Crown Court this morning. He was arrested when he was caught secretly filming women and girls at the White Horse Leisure Centre in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Detectives then searched his home and found the footage of the sex offender raping the women in the A&E of John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. A cache of child porn and other footage he had made was discovered on a mobile phone, computer equipment, a memory stick and a camera. The sex addict also abused two victims when he worked as a volunteer in the medical tent of the Wilderness Festival in 2013. Police said all his victims had been 'unaware' of his crimes because they were either unconscious or being secretly filmed. In total there were 29 victims of his campaign of abuse. Hutchinson today admitted raping an 18-year-old women in October 2011 at the Oxford A&E department where he worked. He also admitted forcing her to engage in sexual activity without consent, assault and voyeurism. He also admitted raping a 35-year-old woman in February 2012, who was also unconscious in A&E. The attack was also filmed and she was attacked with other patients feet away. Police have said they have contacted all victims who could be identified, but they admit that Hutchinson raped two women as they lay unconscious in the A&E department he worked in at John Radcliffe Hospital in Osford Det Chf Insp Mark Johns said: "I am pleased that Hutchinson has pleaded guilty to his offences and spared his victims having to endure a trial to receive justice. "This has been a complicated and unusual case as the victims of his sex offences were not aware that offences took place because they were not conscious. Thames Valley Police sent specially trained officers to personally speak to all the victims, who showed great courage when informed with such distressing news. "I have no doubt that Hutchinson would have continued to offend had he not been arrested. "I would like to reassure members of the public in Oxfordshire that all the victims which can be identified from images have been contacted by Thames Valley Police. Read more: http://ift.tt/1aax0PN
