Executive producer Alex Ganza made the reveal on stage during a Homeland panel at the annual PaleyFest, taking place over the next week in Los Angeles: "Carrie will no longer be an intelligence officer."
But what will she be doing? That's under wraps for now, but a hint could be in another piece of scoop Ganza provided — the new season will be shot in Europe (probably Germany) and jump forward two and a half years.
