Slogging Out a Cow Poop Bio-Gas Converter - Biogas Fermenterreinigung mit Saugbagger | H"olzl GmbH

Slogging Out a Cow Poop Bio-Gas Converter Operators of biogas plants often struggle with sand deposits in the fermenter. These inorganic sediments get into the system with the input materials such as grass, corn and manure and are not captured by the agitators. We, the H"olzl company, have a solution to this problem: With our powerful suction excavators, we can get the sediments out of the fermenter. The CapGeo from Cappellotto sucks solid and liquid substances with high throughput even over long distances. We lift two small wheel loaders into the fermenter with a crane truck. They push the sediments into the reach of the suction excavator to increase its performance. The extracted material is removed with a sludge-proof trough. However, safety always comes first in this work: Our employees are equipped with protective masks and gas warning devices. Before anyone climbs into the container, the concentration of dangerous gases is measured. This video shows the process of a typical fermenter cleaning with suction dredger. In addition to fermenter cleaning, we also offer mobile agitators and separators. With our yellow vehicles we are in use all over Germany, but also across national borders.
