Here is a of justice in America. No evidence of a crime other than the other guys word, but an individual was still arrested. Case has been dismissed for no real evidence. I like how the officer tries to convince the suspect that you're not allowed to talk to people in public. I guess he hasn't heard of freedom of speech.
