The driver was stopped for speeding and weaving. He slowed down and turned to stop in a safe location, off the main road. Officer Eric Graham of Parker Police, a rogue cop notorious for having committed homicide last year with the approval of the District Attorney, decided to treat this traffic stop like a high-speed chase. What was he afraid of? Is he just inherently barbaric and violent? Maybe he needs better training? In any case, after trying to exercise due care, the driver was rewarded with a gun nearly pointed at his head. Trial transcripts reveal that Officer Graham perceived the driver reaching back to get his insurance docs as extremely suspicious. (Enough to warrant pointing a gun in the backseat, near his head.) The driver did NOT have a firearm and was not fleeing from the police. The car was NOT stolen. The driver had no outstanding warrants.
