for what, meth? This is a problem in Seattle, these drug addicted homeless degens are not forced off the streets and the democrat liberal city council will not do anything except enable them by giving them free needles and not towing their rundown RV's. Less than 40% of arrests are prosecuted here, mainly because they are homeless and on drugs. Sometimes they won't even arrest for meth or heroin possession. Good policemen and policewomen are quitting and leaving the city because of this. They are not allowed to do their jobs properly and get scolded if they do. The city council here is a joke and needs replaced by all republicans.
