The frames show how a child fell out of the back door of the car onto the roadway during a turn. The young passenger quickly rose to his feet, shook himself off and climbed into the salon - to his good fortune, there were no other cars around. DPS officers promised to bring the driver to administrative responsibility for violating the rules for transporting a child, but they will have to find him before.
