CCTV footage shows how a jealous boyfriend who had just became a Buddhist monk carried his girlfriend's dead body onto the back of a motorcycle and drove away moments after shooting her in the head. Patya Puangsook, 22, met her boyfriend Thongchai Klangmuang, 30, at a nightclub in Khon Kean, northeastern Thailand last Sunday night (21/04) to celebrate him being ordained into the religion. But after several hours of drinking, the couple started to argue because Patya was receiving attention from many men at the bar. Thongchai accused the pretty sales assistant of cheating on him while he had been at a temple for the last week practising meditation to become a monk. The couple's friend Thampassorn Phuttharaksa, 26, took the pair back to Thongchai's apartment. But they started arguing and eventually came to blows. Angry Thongchai then grabbed a handgun from his drawer and shot his girlfriend in the head to stop the quarrel. Patya was killed instantly.
