Video from inside a car captures the moment before Shania McNeill, 21, drives head-on into another car and dies. She was intentionally swerving into the opposite lane to play chicken with the oncoming vehicles. The video shows Shania McNeill's final moments alive. The clip was filmed and later posted on Snapchat by her friend Faeda Hunter, who is heard squealing in the background. Four other people were injured in the collision.
