Dashcam footage shows a driver repeatedly ram another car on a busy road. In the clip, captured by Jay Cleave, a black Seat can be seen driving into another car three times, before continuing on to a busy roundabout in Plymouth, Devon. The incident happened near the busy Marsh Mills roundabout just before 11am yesterday. Police say several vehicles were involved in a crash. One witness told Plymouth Live: "A huge crash on the marsh mills roundabout I've just drove past, looks like it's gonna be there a while as cars are smashed up badly, looks like a few cars involved too." A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "The road was cleared at 12.40pm. There is a police investigation pending." A 21-year-old man from Plymouth was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs, possession of a bladed article and criminal damage. He was taken to hospital to be checked over before being taken into police custody where he remains at this time.
