A self-conscious mother who died after a lb3,000 'bottom lift' at a Turkish clinic suffered three heart attacks after the operation, her fiance revealed today. Leah Cambridge, 29, from Leeds, is believed to have been paranoid about the size of her stomach after having three children. It is thought the mother of three died on the operating table at the Elite Aftercare Clinic in Izmir, favoured by the cast of The Only Way Is Essex.
