Disabled dog goes for a run on San Diego beach with the help of wheelchair

This disabled dog seemed to have a great time playing on Ocean Beach in San Diego thanks to a special wheelchair. The footage shows the dog with the wheelchair attached to its back chasing a woman and interacting with other dogs at the beach. The clip was filmed on June 23.
