Trump's shutdown talk spooks Washington, Wall St.

In his campaign speech in Phoenix late Tuesday, President Trump mentioned the possibility of a government shutdown should his planned wall on the border with Mexico not get funded--a possibility that does not please many in Washington and Wall Street.
