Mattis breaks with Trump on North Korea

Just hours after President Trump tweeted that "talking is not the answer" to solve the problem of North Korea's missile tests, Secretary of Defense James Mattis directly contradicted him at a meeting with his South Korean counterpart, saying the US was not out of diplomatic options.
