Toddler dies at hospital after being severely hurt; uncle charged

Melvin Omar Morales-Gomez, 27, faced a judge after being charged with injury to a child. His 2-year-old nephew was air lifted to the hospital for serious injuries. The 2-Year-old was pronounced deceased at 12:11pm today.
