Oulu town in Finland has launched a 2,5 million euro project called Safe Oulu that aims at combating the (migrant) rape crisis. This campaign is the follow up of another successful one (Yle Oulu 2016) that struck an immense blow to the sexual assault growing scene in Oulu.
