Mooshy is very poor and lives in a ghetto near a liquor store. Mooshy tried to tell his story to Uncle Sam. But Sam refused to listen. Now Sam has to make a big fuss to find out what he could have found if he had just let Mooshy talk. Sam fears that Mooshy is out to make trouble because Mooshy is talking to lawyers.
