Titus explains how it's very obvious that don't have to know how to say words to be a president now. In fact, maybe we were hard on those presidents before us that could actually articulate a sentence of words that made sense. This should not be normal. We have become used to having a joke in the white house. This guy makes all the other presidents look like they are geniuses.
