NYC bus passenger thinks it's bad customer service that the driver objected to her not paying her fare

"New York City has workers such as DMV, HRA, MTA, and others who do not value customer service. There is little that can be done about this because City and State workers are protected by a union. Don't do a job just because it pays the bills."
