Snow has started to fall in London as a polar freeze sweeps across the UK causing travel disruption and cutting off entire villages. Footage captured yesterday night (January 31) shows snow battering Trafalgar Square in central London. Amber weather warnings are in place over parts of London while yellow warnings are across the country. Severe weather conditions are expected to continue in the next few days.
