A university student is facing an eye-watering repair bill of nearly 23,000 GBP after she crashed her scooter into a parked Ferrari while staring at the sat nav on her phone. The third-year student surnamed Wang made a large dent in the back of the red Ferrari 488, which in China costs over 3 million RMB (343,000 GBP) after tax for a base model.
