This is the shocking moment a stocky high school prefect and others repeatedly hit a smaller kid. The incident, which took place at the Duvha High School in Witbank, renamed eMalahleni in 2006, in the north-eastern South African province of Mpumalanga, "traumatised" the victim and has led to the bullies' suspension.
