Natalya Khramtsova, who was five months pregnant, died on the spot, her 31-year-old spouse and two-year-old son were hospitalized with serious injuries. The criminal case was frozen for half a year, since Kulikov, according to Ura.ru, provided a certificate indicating that he could not participate in investigative actions for health reasons. The situation changed after the appeal of the mother of the deceased woman to the head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin - the case was taken to Perm and taken under special control in Moscow, and Kulikov confessed at the first interrogation.
