Humble heroes of Kominternove, DPR: "As long as we are alive, you'll have light!"

Electricty became the main source of life in a settlement where gas supply is cut by Ukraine for 2 years already. Power lines are hit almost every day and Vladimir courageously climbs the poles and repairs power lines destroyed by shelling. Often they have to work under the mortar shelling and Ukrainian snipers fire. "I unfastened my spikes and flew down like a stone! What else could I do? Guys fell to the ground and I was on the pole. They [snipers] were messing with us. Bullets kept on hitting the pole and were getting closer to us." One and a half months ago Vladimir's co-worker was wounded, but nevertheless electricians continue their dangerous work for the sake of Kominternove residents.
