A bungling actor turned politician posted a birthday message to a fan - without realising there was a naked woman behind him. Cesar Montano, 56, uploaded the clip to Facebook in which he says ''Happy Birthday Kagawa Chris Morales of Santa Ana''. But he appears to be unaware of a naked woman behind him who appears in the shot, picking up towels from a sideboard. With her breasts and bottom visible, she turns round before disappearing from view while Cesar continues his message in Filipino language, finishing with ''love you man''. Viewers were quick to point out the embarrassing blunder and Cesar, a former government official, the footage.
