Homeland Security chief John Kelly says there will be neither mass deportations nor military force in immigration operations, after meeting with Mexico's Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson acknowledged that two strong sovereign nations like Mexico and U.S. will have differences.
