In an exclusive Oval Office interview with Reuters, President Donald Trump says he is "very angry" and considering a range of options after the latest North Korea missile test, saying North Korea is a 'very dangerous problem' for the U.S. and the world and said President Obama should have taken care of the problem years ago.
