A train of Norfolk Southern mixed-freight that was traveling from Elkhart, Indiana, to Binghamton, New York, has derailed near Middle Ridge Rd and Dewey Rd in Amherst, Ohio on December 1 afternoon. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the derailment is under investigation.
