The first winter storm of the season arrived and brought heavy rain, gusty winds and pea-sized snow in parts of Southern California on Monday, December 28. The National Weather Service has issued widespread Winter Storm Warnings, and has warned potential disasters of flooding and debris flows from the recent Bobcat Fire.
