1st Responders were called to a Van vs Pedestrian accident at Wallace and Juan Street. When the Police and firefighters arrived, they found a male down in the driveway in front of the Presidio Hills Golf Course Pro Shop. They immediately started CPR and did it for 20 minutes before pronouncing the male deceased. The female driver of a van that hit the man was at the scene. The woman, who knew the man, made several inconsistent statements. Those statements, that the man owned the van, and the suspicious circumstances of the accident, the SDPD Homicide Detectives have been requested to come and investigate.
