The most not heard from man to ever run for the most powerful position on the planet, Joe...ummm...come on, man...Biden. Couldn't trump and the moderators just come to where Joe is there in that video? Circle and all? Seriously, You can't figure out how to do a live debate while we're all walking around outside? Something so important and you're just going to say no? Can he really hide his way thru the election and be so clearly mentally unfit? Does he really think us that entirely stupid? It's insulting.
