A gunman on a speeding down a Bronx street on a scooter shot and wounded a man, shocking video shows. Police released black-and-white surveillance video of the Saturday night shooting in hopes of finding the scooter shooter. The gunman sped past a 37-year-old man, firing several shots, on Noble Ave. near the Cross Bronx Expressway just before 9 p.m. Saturday, cops said. The victim was struck once in the arm. The shooter sped away and has not been caught. The victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition. Cops are asking the public's help identifying and tracking down the shooter.
