Thames Valley Police In Berkshire England United Kingdom, arrest a man after he failed to stop for them when ordered to do so. The male driver had been seen speeding in residential areas moments before he crashed into a parked van. 2 of the police officers were armed which is not routine for general policing within England. The driver said he had broken his collarbone in the small crash however police treatment of the suspect was professional throughout.
