This dramatic video shows a speeding Range Rover driver who was drunk narrowly avoiding a night jogger as he loses control of his SUV and demolishes a barrier before hitting a tree. The incredible near miss happened on the streets of Quzhou's West District in East China's Zhejiang Province, where authorities say a second pedestrian was not so lucky.
