Thousands celebrated New Year's Eve on Paris' famed Champs-'Elys'ees avenue, including Yellow Vest protesters. Video filmed in the early hours of this morning (January 1) shows tense scenes between riot police and citizens. Some protesters wore yellow vests calling for Frexit - France's exit from the European Union.
